Agency is a kind of mutually beneficial relationship between Beijing Jindian Rattan Furniture Factory and its agents by way of contract. Hosail Head Company supplies its brand and management skills while agents draw on their capital, labors and geological relations to realize strong-strong link and joint cooperation for a win-win goal.

1. Form of franchised agents: Beijing Jindian Rattan Furniture Factory authorizes its brand and offers products to agents, who pay the full investment and establish specialty stores to do business on the basis of separate accounts and economic responsibilities under management and supervision of Beijing Jindian Rattan Furniture Factory with regard to images and operations.

2. Capital: The total investment ranges from 50,000 to 200,000 Yuan per agent based on consideration of economic categories and administrative classes. Note: Rents excluded.

3. Operation conditions

(1) Market area: 60M²（counties/district），80M²(prefecture-level cities)，100M²(provincial capitals/municipalities directly under the Central Government)

(2) Selection of Location: An independent storefront or entrance into specialized markets (such as furniture markets)

(3) Market decoration: To be decorated in accordance with the standard decoration scheme of the company (uniform nationwide).

(4) Office supplies: To be equipped with facsimile machines and computers networked.

(5) Exclusive requirement: To sell exclusively the Jindian rattan furniture and relevant products provided by the Jindian Furniture Factory.

(6) Brand margins: 5,000 to 15,000 Yuan based on consideration of economic and administrative levels. Margin sums should be returned upon the termination of cooperation if agents discontinue to act as agents for Jindian brand.

(7) Minimum turnover: It refers to the minimum standard sales volume to be completed by a specialty store of an agent in a certain period of time, ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 Yuan based on considerations economic and administrative categories.

4. Personnel and professional qualities

(1) Qualifications for a person in charge:
A. Aggressive, able to manage and operate, capable of sustainable development.
B. With good economic power and good financial credits.
C. With good educational level and able to use computers.

(2) Designer: At least one with an educational level of secondary technical school or above, with good computer knowledge of AutoCAD, 3DMAX, plane charting. The original graduate certificate is required during training at the company. (The designer can be held concurrently by the person in charge for agents of county or region level). He whose achievements of study have met requests of the company will be granted a certificate for the duty post and be permitted to go to business; otherwise he has to take the training again (or another assigned). If both trainings fail to meet requirements, the cooperation agreement will be terminated.
